Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OpenBhoomi, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. If you act for an entity or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

OpenBhoomi helps users publish, discover and compare agricultural land listings and communicate directly. Prana Bhoomi Natural Farms LLP is not a broker, agent, lawyer, surveyor, registrar, escrow provider or party to a transaction between users.

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard access to your account and take responsibility for activity conducted through it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Sellers must have authority to list the land and must provide accurate, current information. Public photos must show the parcel and must not expose Aadhaar, land records or other sensitive documents. You retain ownership of your content and grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, format and share the listing through OpenBhoomi.

Labels report only the checks expressly described on the listing and the information available at the time. They do not guarantee title, ownership, boundaries, possession, access, encumbrance status, registration eligibility or absence of disputes. Checks may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete or affected by errors in government or third party systems.

Messages and offers sent through OpenBhoomi are user communications and are non-binding unless the parties later enter a valid agreement outside the platform. OpenBhoomi does not collect land sale payments or hold transaction funds.

You must not post false or unauthorized listings, impersonate anyone, scrape or misuse data, evade access controls, upload malware, harass users, expose private documents or use OpenBhoomi for illegal, deceptive or discriminatory conduct.

We may review, restrict, remove or preserve content and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, system integrity or enforcement of these Terms. Where appropriate, you may request review through Feedback.

Maps, public records, UPI apps and linked government websites are operated by others. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside our control. A link or retrieved record is not an endorsement or warranty.

We work to keep OpenBhoomi accurate and available, but the service is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that all content, checks or external sources will be complete or error free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users remain responsible for their listings, communications, due diligence and transactions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prana Bhoomi Natural Farms LLP is not responsible for user conduct, land sale outcomes or losses caused by reliance on listing content or external records.

Support payments are voluntary business support for Prana Bhoomi Natural Farms LLP. They are not required to use OpenBhoomi, do not affect listing visibility or verification and are not represented as charitable donations. Receipt requests are reconciled before a receipt is issued.

We may update these Terms and will show the revised effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Questions may be sent to connect@openbhoomi.com or through Feedback under Privacy or account request.
