What each public record check means

Each completed check shows its result, date, source and limitation on the listing.

✓ Prohibited property check

A green check means no matching entry was found using the listing details in the Andhra Pradesh prohibited property search at the time checked.

✓ Village dispute report

A green check means no matching dispute entry was found in the available village-level MeeBhoomi report using the listing details at the time checked.

This does not cover private disputes, court cases or records that are unavailable online.

✓ Official parcel boundary

For a resurveyed village, a green check means an official LP boundary was retrieved and displayed independently of the seller's map pin.

✓ Ownership consistency

A green check means verified seller identity and applicable fields in the uploaded MeeBhoomi records matched under OpenBhoomi's rules.
